Run handlers before you deploy
Run a handler with a realistic update payload and inspect the console output, return value and duration before any deploy happens.
The inner loop is `npx tgcloud run handlers/message '{ chat: { id: 1 }, text: "hi" }'`. It executes your local file on the platform and prints console output tagged with file and line, so a logic error is found in seconds rather than after a push.
Fixtures make the loop repeatable: keep a representative payload for each update type, run it after every edit, and let validation catch regressions before Telegram users do.
Real payloads
Exercise the same shape of update the bot receives in production.
Console output
Logs tagged with file and line, plus the return value and timing.
Fast inner loop
No deploy required to test a handler change.
